EarClean Bellow Pipette

Discover my personal story that led me to develop an innovative pipette for effective cleaning and rinsing of the ear canal!

Join me on my experiences as an ear doctor in Angola, which in 1975 was freed from 500 years of colonial subjugation and later endured a 27-year civil conflict, before the country finally reached lasting peace in 2002.

Help us save children's hearing

Millions of children in vulnerable parts of the world are at risk of permanent hearing loss due to chronic ear infections that don't receive the necessary help they need in time. Through philanthropic investments, a simple, gentle and cost-effective treatment method can be made available where the need is greatest. We plan to seek funding by participating in events aimed at investors.
Your contribution can support clinical studies, local training and distribution – providing more children with the opportunity to hear, develop their language skills, attend school and shape a brighter future.

EarClean – an extraordinary medical technology solution with global potential

EarClean is a CE-marked single-use pipette designed for gentle ear cleaning through manual aspiration and irrigation. Ear infections present substantial health issues in low- and middle-income countries, where access to specialists is scarce, thereby heightening the need for simple and affordable ear cleaning alternatives.
EarClean aligns perfectly with the needs of European healthcare systems and resource-limited initiatives. Its ease of distribution, minimal training requirements, and enhancement of ear care practices play a vital role in preventing hearing loss and related complications.
EarClean was rigorously tested in Luanda, Angola, by Dr. Palmira Kuatoko. Her research findings were presented at the ORL-HNS congress in Sweden from April 25-29, 2026. Please see the link below for more information.
ReiBeck Innovation is actively seeking investors and partners to bolster market presence, enhance distribution networks, and accelerate clinical development.

 EarClean single-use pipette

EarClean is a CE-marked single-use pipette that is both hygienic and specifically designed to facilitate gentle cleaning of the ear canal.

After performing suction through aspiration, one can rinse with physiological saline solution. The integrated stop mechanism ensures that the pipette does not go in too deep.

The pipette is CE marked and approved for use by doctors, healthcare professionals, and for self-care.

It can be tested in cases of external otitis with an intact eardrum, where suctioning and rinsing can improve treatment outcomes. Cleaning is essential for antibiotics and steroid drops to be effective quickly.

It has been successfully used in Angola for the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media. See  the link to the email presented at the European ENT congress in Gothenburg in April 2026.

  • Pipetten utgör ett utmärkt alternativ till vakumsugen, som ofta ger upphov till obehagligt höga ljudnivåer.

  • It is easy to use and can be conveniently utilised for self-care.

The comprehensive process for CE marking has included, among other things, the registration of pressure under compression and aspiration, as well as the pressure of the liquid jet at flushing values, to ensure that no harmful pressure levels arise. The pipette is designed for both suction and flushing with any chosen solution.

Aspiration and rinsing can be performed with one hand, while the child's head can be supported with the other hand.

External otitis with an intact eardrum, where suctioning and flushing can enhance treatment effectiveness. Cleaning is crucial for antibiotic/steroid drops to provide rapid results.

The EarClean-bellow pipette can be a useful tool for suction and rinsing during the treatment of painful ear canal inflammation.

The EarClean-bellow pipette can be a useful tool for suction and rinsing in cases of fungal infection with abundant detritus.

How do I obtain 2% acetic acid?

In cases of ear canal inflammation, doctors may sometimes recommend the use of 2% acetic acid. It is important that you contact your GP or ENT specialist for a thorough assessment. If the doctor determines that this is an appropriate treatment, it can be prescribed as an ear solution. The pharmacy has the ability to order or manufacture the product if needed.

There is an APL preparation with 250 ml Acetic Acid 5 mg/ml.
This concentration (0.5%) can, with repeated rinses, likely kill Pseudomonas, a common bacterium found in external otitis. Rinsing with this solution can be an effective treatment at the first signs of ear canal inflammation. Otherwise, the product is intended for dousing infected leg ulcers.

Additional information about rinsing fluid when using EarClean

In cases of infectious external otitis, an antiseptic solution may be used to rinse the ear, according to a doctor's advice. This should only be done if the eardrum is confirmed to be intact.

The solution should be lukewarm or at body temperature. Do not insert the dropper deeply into the ear canal and ensure that it does not completely block it. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or worsened hearing. Contact healthcare if the issues persist.

The choice of rinsing fluid and medical treatment is the responsibility of the user or the doctor.
